Dr. David Robbins, MD, MSc, Medical Director, Manhattan Endoscopy LLC

David Robbins, M.D., M.Sc., is board certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He attended Columbia College (BA) and earned his M.D. with honors (AOA) and distinction in research from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in Manhattan. Dr. Robbins completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the Mount Sinai Hospital in New York. Dr. Robbins is an Attending Physician at Lenox Hill Hospital, where he also serves as the Associate Chief of Endoscopy and is the Program Director for the GI fellowship training program. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at the New York University School of Medicine and is on the faculty of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (FASGE). In his free time, David is an avid cyclist and tennis player, enjoys playing his alto sax and is an unabashed foodie.

Dr. Paul Salinas is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner in New York City. He specializes in the treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention of sports-related injuries. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology at the Binghamton University. He continued his training at the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic where he graduated with honors with the degree of Doctor of Chiropractic. His patients include athletes from amateur to professional levels. He has been a treating doctor at the IRONMAN U.S. Championship, as well as multiple triathlons and marathons.

Fernanda is a registered licensed Dietitian, personal trainer and health coach. Specialized in Sports Nutrition she is passionate about teaching athletes on making healthy food choices for athletic performance as well as helping athletes create healthy habits for life. Fernanda provides team education as well as individual consultations on a variety of topics which include, but are not limited to athletic performance, analyzing athletes' nutritional status, weight loss or weight gain, meal planning, and healthy eating while traveling/eating out.

Sarah E. Jacobs is a certified Holistic Health and Nutritional Counselor and the co-founder of The Wellness Project NYC, which provides NYC businesses with a fun and creative new take on Corporate Wellness. She's also an award winning Actress and writer of the widely popular blog Acting Like Sarah. She believes in making holistic health approachable (no kumbaya necessary!) and thinks that laughter is critical to total body wellness. After auto-immune conditions broke down her usually very active body, she sought alternative treatments and was able to heal herself through diet and lifestyle changes. Rebekah is a Registered Dietitian/Culinary Nutritionist from the NYC area. She earned two culinary degrees at Johnson & Wales University, followed by a dietetic internship and fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Rebekah is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, and co-chair for the Nutrition & Food Science sub-group. Additionally, she belongs to the Greater New York Dietetic Association, New York State Dietetic Association, the American Society of Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the following dietetic practice groups: Food & Culinary Professionals; Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition; Hunger and Environmental Nutrition; and School Nutrition. Dean graduated from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia with High Honors with Masters in Physical Therapy. Since 2001 he has served as the Director and Senior Partner of 'Physical Therapy Plus' a sports physical therapist practice in Clinton, NJ. His post graduate work includes advanced training in McKenzie spinal evaluations, Mulligan Joint Mobilization techniques, shoulder, knee, hip and ankle rehabilitation. Areas of expertise include treatment of acute, chronic and post surgical orthopedic, musculoskeletal and sports injuries of all age ranges. Dean is an avid golfer and tennis player, and outdoor enthusiast.

Elizabeth Inpyn has enjoyed a long and successful career as an athlete and nutrition coach. An NCAA Division I distance swimmer and water polo player, she transitioned into triathlon after college. A monthly contributor to top health & fitness publications like Ironman.com, Mens Health and Runners World, she is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist working to complete her Master of Science in Sport & Exercise Nutrition in 2016. 

In 2015 she officially launched INPYN Nutrition – helping athletes of all levels utilize a daily meal plan as well as dial in race day nutrition through highly customized testing, feedback, and planning.
