Breakaway Training is a Premier Multisport Team that works with all types of athletes ranging from the elite level triathlete, front to back-of-the-pack age groupers, or anyone who simply wants to finish a triathlon, marathon, or first 5k. Chris Berg placed 1st overall at the Nautica Malibu Triathlon for the Olympic distance race. A week later he went on to compete at Ironman Princeton 70.3, where he finished 1st place in the amateur division and 12th place overall.
Felipe Loureiro placed 1st in his age group and 3rd overall at the Pacific Coast Triathlon. Guto Antunes placed 4th place overall at the very challenging Superfrog Triathlon and 1st place overall at the TriRock San Diego Triathlon.

Dehydration Results In Lower Blood Pressure And Slows Bodily Processes. Active individuals should be aware of the acute effects of dehydration on performance. With just a 2% loss of water in the body, heat regulation becomes impacted. With a 3% drop in body weight from water loss, muscle cell contraction is impacted.
