Erin Henderson is a marathon runner, coach, and a mother of 12 kids. She started running in 2009, barely able to run 2 miles, and 75lbs overweight. Over the years her drive and determination have helped her lose over 75lbs! These days Erin regularly runs 80-100 miles a week, with the marathon being her favorite distance.
She wanted to share her passion for running with others so she became a RRCA and USATF certified coach. Erin is also a member of the Oiselle Volée Racing Team. Erin’s big picture goal is to qualify for the Olympic Marathon Trials and to be a runner for life.
