Where does EnduroPacks ship to?

We currently ship everywhere within the United States and Puerto Rico. Our current free shipping offer is available only to customers within the lower 48 states.

When will I receive my order?

We will ship your order before the end of the next business day (Monday-Friday). Customers should receive their order within 5-7 days, except shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico which can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Will I be able to track my shipment?

If you're in the US and you provide an email address, we'll send you a tracking number by email once we've shipped your order.

My order wasn't delivered. What do I do?

Are the vitamins and minerals in EnduroPacks products safe to use?

We source our products from well-established manufacturers that are subject to the manufacturing standards created and evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). However, the FDA does not evaluate marketing language of supplements suppliers. It is always best to consult your doctor before taking any supplements or minerals.

What payment options do I have?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and ApplePay. 

Can I return my EnduroPacks products?

EnduroPacks stands by the quality, safety, and effectiveness of every product in our pack and we are confident our members will be completely satisfied. That's why we offer a 30-day risk-free guarantee for any new customers. 

To receive a full refund, new customers must return unfinished product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for any shipping and handling expenses associated with the return. Refunds will be made immediately upon our receipt of the returned pack (Please note: it may take 5-7 days for your bank/credit card company to process the refund). 

How do I unsubscribe from newsletters?
