Dr. Paul Salinas is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic and a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner in New York City. Sarah E. Jacobs is a certified Holistic Health and Nutritional Counselor and the co-founder of The Wellness Project NYC, which provides NYC businesses with a fun and creative new take on Corporate Wellness. She's also an award winning Actress and writer of the widely popular blog Acting Like Sarah. She earned two culinary degrees at Johnson & Wales University, followed by a dietetic internship and fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. Rebekah is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals, and co-chair for the Nutrition & Food Science sub-group. Dean graduated from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia with High Honors with Masters in Physical Therapy. Since 2001 he has served as the Director and Senior Partner of 'Physical Therapy Plus' a sports physical therapist practice in Clinton, NJ. His post graduate work includes advanced training in McKenzie spinal evaluations, Mulligan Joint Mobilization techniques, shoulder, knee, hip and ankle rehabilitation. Areas of expertise include treatment of acute, chronic and post surgical orthopedic, musculoskeletal and sports injuries of all age ranges. Dean is an avid golfer and tennis player, and outdoor enthusiast.
Elizabeth Inpyn has enjoyed a long and successful career as an athlete and nutrition coach. An NCAA Division I distance swimmer and water polo player, she transitioned into triathlon after college. A monthly contributor to top health & fitness publications like Ironman.com, Mens Health and Runners World, she is also a Certified Sports Nutritionist working to complete her Master of Science in Sport & Exercise Nutrition in 2016.
In 2015 she officially launched INPYN Nutrition – helping athletes of all levels utilize a daily meal plan as well as dial in race day nutrition through highly customized testing, feedback, and planning.
