The Aquaphor NYC Triathlon is just around the corner. Soon, triathletes will be racing into New York to participate in the 13th annual triathlon, which spans across the great Hudson River, Manhattan’s West Side Highway and through Central Park.
Over 3,000 triathletes will swim 1500 meters, bike 40 kilometers and finish off with a 10-kilometer run. These athletes will push themselves through to the end and walk away having accomplished what some can only aspire to do. Hopefully, this year they will inspire many others to participate in future triathlons and maybe even the NYC Triathlon.
Do you remember how the 2012 Aquaphor NYC triathlon ended? Jordan Jones finished the race first and Amy Bevilacqua took first place in the women’s division. How do you think the 2013 triathlon will end?
